MJ is an angel that is looking for someone special to foster or adopt her. She is a very happy, affectionate Rottweiler Mix with an incredible spirit and an amazing story.

The JDHF rescued her from the South Los Angeles Animal Shelter after receiving a desperate call from a member of staff. She was seven months old and had a fractured spine after being hit by a car. Her previous owner did not take her to the vet and let her suffer for two weeks before dumping her at the shelter. As a result she dragged her rear legs from the injury.

If she had received medical treatment when she was hit, MJ would not have had any difficulty walking, but with surgery no longer an option we didn't believe that we would ever see her walk again.

We have witnessed a miracle. MJ underwent a physical therapy program and incredibly she is now walking with a swagger!

MJ loves everyone, whether the creature has two legs or four. She just wants to love and be loved and will be attentive for hours playing, licking and adoring whoever crosses her path.
